The health calculators give quick, practical estimates of common body measurements. Calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI), your daily calorie needs and an estimate of your body fat percentage, find your heart rate training zones and your running pace, and estimate your blood alcohol content. For family planning there are an ovulation calculator and a due date calculator, and the sleep calculator suggests bedtimes and wake-up times based on 90-minute sleep cycles.
These tools use widely accepted formulas, such as the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, the US Navy body fat method and the Widmark formula. They give general estimates that don’t apply to everyone: athletes, pregnant women, children and older adults may need different guidance. For personal advice, please talk to your doctor, midwife or a registered dietitian. Your data stays in your browser.
